Wireless internet access is available free of charge.
Double rooms with balcony and bathroom, SAT TV connection, phone.
If you are staying between 1 and 3 days, an extra amount of 7EUR or 12EUR is calculated.
The apartments include a bedroom and a breakfast kitchen, bathroom, balcony, SAT TV and phone. Bedding and bath towels will be provided by us.
Arrival and departure times are possible 7 days a week.. If your arrival is delayed or your departure is earlier than agreed at the time of booking, the room costs will be calculated using the daily rate.
In case of a cancellation, the costs are equal to three days without extras (e.g. breakfast)
If possible, please inform us about your estimated time of arrival.
Requests for a particular room or apartment will be considered as best as possible.
In the breakfast room there is a fridge and a SAT TV at your disposal.
We kindly request to confirm bookings over the phone, by email or fax.
We kindly request you not to smoke in the house.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay by credit card (or any other type of card). Travellers Cheques are accepted.
The parking space is at your disposal for the duration of your visit, however the loss of valuables, etc is at your own risk.
Room key or any kind of other keys that are not returned before departing will have to be refunded.
